Agreement and scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the Legal Way website, online store, account features, referral tools, and member-facing plan information. The words “Legal Way”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the entity operating the Legal Way service for the relevant transaction; the final production policy should identify that contracting entity and its registered contact details.

By continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms applicable to your activity. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant website feature or place an order. Any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet any age, location, and other eligibility requirements applicable to the product or service. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You must not use Legal Way where doing so would violate applicable law, an order restriction, or a requirement that applies to you. Some products, payment methods, delivery options, or member features may not be available in every location.

Account registration and security

Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or maintaining an account. Keep your password, one-time passwords, authentication details, and recovery information confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Notify Legal Way promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission or your information is incorrect. Do not impersonate another person, create misleading account details, or attempt to access another user’s account.

Products, descriptions, and availability

Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, stock status, and other listing details are provided to help you make a purchase decision. We aim to keep listings accurate, but display differences, inadvertent errors, and changes in availability may occur. Review the final product details shown during checkout before submitting an order.

Only products shown as available for purchase through the official Legal Way company website may be ordered through that store. Product use must follow the supplied instructions, labels, warnings, and any applicable professional advice. Do not rely on general website content as a substitute for product-specific instructions.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items; it is not, by itself, confirmation that the order has been accepted or fulfilled. The order status, payment status, availability, and any confirmation provided by the checkout or account area are relevant to the transaction.

We may need to review, correct, limit, or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, required information is incomplete, a payment cannot be verified, a listing contains an obvious error, or a transaction appears to be unauthorised or unlawful. Where required, we will communicate the applicable next steps and refund process.

Prices, taxes, and payments

The amount payable, applicable charges, taxes, and available payment methods are those disclosed for the order at checkout or in the applicable order documentation. Payment methods depend on the current gateway configuration; a method should be treated as available only when shown in the live checkout.

Use payment credentials and accounts that you are authorised to use. Keep your transaction reference and do not share passwords, card PINs, or one-time passwords with support staff or other users. A displayed or pending transaction is not proof that Legal Way has received final payment confirmation.

Delivery, fulfilment, and order issues

Delivery options, expected timelines, shipping charges, and fulfilment details are provided during checkout or in the order information where applicable. Timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery can be affected by address accuracy, carrier operations, weather, regulatory checks, or events outside reasonable control.

Enter a complete and serviceable delivery address and review it before confirming the order. Contact support with the order number if a delivery is delayed, incomplete, damaged, or marked delivered but not received. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under the published Refund Policy, the product/order terms shown at purchase, and applicable law. Review eligibility conditions, request timelines, required evidence, and the process before submitting a request.

Refunds and payment reversals are processed through the applicable payment or settlement flow. A request may require review; submitting it does not itself mean that it has been approved. Any Business Volume (BV) or compensation adjustment associated with a valid cancellation, refund, or order correction is governed by the applicable plan rules and transaction records.

Membership, sponsors, and referral tools

Member registration, any joining payment, and access to particular member features are subject to the registration flow and applicable membership terms. The details shown before you submit a registration or payment are the details to review before proceeding. A joining fee itself does not generate product BV.

Referral codes and referral links are intended to identify a sponsor under the platform’s rules. Use only referral information you are authorised to share, and do not misrepresent the identity, benefits, products, or requirements of Legal Way. The sponsor/referral relationship and Binary placement structure are separate and may be governed by different rules.

Business Volume (BV), compensation, and plan rules

Binary Compensation and Carrier Plan qualification depend on the applicable approved plan settings, eligible product activity, qualification criteria, effective dates, and recorded transactions. BV is not automatically equal to a payment amount. Product BV may remain pending during the configured eligibility/return window and can be affected by valid cancellations, refunds, or corrections.

Eligible unmatched Binary BV may carry forward under the applicable Binary rules. Carrier qualification follows its own approved criteria. Rank bonuses, promotions, rewards, allowances, and withdrawals are subject to their specific requirements, verification, and ledger status; an estimate or rank label does not establish a right to payment.

Plan rules may be updated prospectively where permitted and with any notice required by law. The rules effective for a particular transaction, pair, qualification, or reward are determined by the platform’s approved configuration and recorded history. If a displayed calculator conflicts with the approved plan rules or a posted ledger record, contact support for review rather than treating the estimate as final.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, disrupt service operation, bypass security controls, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data without permission, interfere with another user, submit fraudulent orders, manipulate referrals or plan records, or use Legal Way for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or misleading conduct.

You must not make false or unsupported earnings claims, make unauthorised product claims, or represent an illustrative outcome as typical or guaranteed. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property and website content

Legal Way and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, layout, text, graphics, branding, product imagery, and other content, except for content identified as belonging to another owner. You may use the website for its intended personal or authorised business purposes, but you must not copy, modify, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, unless applicable law permits it.

Any feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to evaluate and improve the service, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Privacy and communications

Information handled through the website is described in the Privacy Policy. By using account or order features, you acknowledge that service-related communications may be sent where necessary to process transactions, protect accounts, provide support, or administer member services. Any consent required for optional promotional communications will be handled as required by applicable law.

Website availability and third-party services

Features may be changed, maintained, suspended, or temporarily unavailable. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but continuous, error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. We may use third-party services for payment processing, delivery, hosting, communications, or other operational purposes.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Legal Way is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove responsibilities that Legal Way has for its own obligations or for services it is legally responsible for providing.

Disclaimers and liability

Website content is provided for general information and does not replace the specific terms displayed at checkout, product labels, approved plan rules, or professional advice where needed. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that every informational page, estimate, or third-party connection will always be uninterrupted, complete, or free from error.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Legal Way will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from uses of the website that are not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a liability, statutory right, consumer remedy, or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This section must be read subject to those mandatory rights.

Suspension, termination, and changes

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected fraud or security issues, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address risks to the service. Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Account closure does not remove obligations or transaction records that must lawfully continue.

We may update these Terms when the service, policies, or legal requirements change. The revised version will show its update date. Changes apply from the stated effective date or as otherwise required by law; they will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued where such removal is prohibited.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including consumer protections that apply to your transaction. Any dispute process, governing-law clause, or jurisdiction provision must be interpreted consistently with mandatory statutory rights and the legal status of the entity operating Legal Way.
